  1. Inhale: Slowly breathe in through your nose for a count of four seconds.
  2. Hold: Hold your breath for another four seconds.
  3. Exhale: Slowly exhale through your mouth for four seconds.
  4. Hold: Hold your breath for four seconds before starting the cycle again.

2. Alternate Nostril Breathing

Alternate nostril breathing is a yoga breathing technique that helps balance the mind and body. To practice alternate nostril breathing:

  1. Sit comfortably with your spine straight.
  2. Use your right thumb to close your right nostril and inhale through your left nostril for a count of four seconds.
  3. Close your left nostril with your right ring finger, release the right nostril, and exhale for four seconds.
  4. Inhale through the right nostril, close it, and exhale through the left nostril. This completes one cycle.
